Terms of Service
Effective .
1. Who we are
MultiLoad (, the "Service") is operated by , , UID ("SafeTech", "we", "us"). Contact: .
2. Acceptance
By creating an account and confirming your email address you accept these Terms. When you purchase a plan you also accept the payment and auto-renewal terms in Section 6. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
3. The Service
3.1. The Service lets you upload a video, write a caption and publish the video simultaneously to social media and video accounts you have connected (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and Telegram).
3.2. Publishing uses the official APIs of these platforms, in part through our processor TONVI TECH SL (Upload-Post, Spain). We do not own or operate these platforms. Whether a platform accepts, displays, restricts or removes a video, and its reach, depend on the platform's own rules and decisions.
3.3. Uploaded videos are stored only to publish them and are deleted automatically: within 48 hours after publishing completes, and after 7 days if never published. Please keep your own copies.
4. Your account
4.1. You must provide a valid email address, a password and your country, and keep your login details confidential. Sign-in is protected by a second factor (email code or authenticator app). You are responsible for activity under your account.
4.2. Your country of residence determines the applicable terms and payment method. You may change it in your profile before purchasing a plan or after a paid period ends. Deliberately selecting a false country is a breach of these Terms.
5. Plans and free trial
5.1. Plans, prices and limits (posts per period, networks per post, scheduled posting) are shown in the Service under Profile โ Plan & billing. Prices are in euros and include value added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the country you selected at registration, where we are required to charge it. The final price, including VAT, is shown before you pay.
5.2. After confirming your email you receive a one-time free trial with the duration and limits shown in the Service. The trial does not convert into a paid plan automatically.
5.3. We may change prices. A new price applies to purchases and renewals after the change; for active subscriptions we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the renewal at the new price, and you may cancel before then.
5.4. Unused posts do not carry over to the next period.
6. Payment and automatic renewal
6.1. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's page; we do not receive or store them.
6.2. Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions. By purchasing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the then-current price of your plan at the start of each new billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
6.3. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time under Profile โ Plan & billing. Your plan then stays active until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.
6.4. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, your plan ends at the end of the paid period.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
7.1. Consumers in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland (where applicable) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Because you can use the Service immediately, by purchasing you request that the service starts during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the days the paid plan was active.
7.2. To withdraw or request a refund, email from your account email, or use any other clear statement. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
7.3. Outside the withdrawal period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of a material failure of the Service attributable to us.
8. Your content and acceptable use
8.1. You keep all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to publish it to the accounts you select.
8.2. You confirm you hold all necessary rights and consents for the videos, music, images and text you publish, and that they comply with the law and the rules of each platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service.
8.3. You must not use the Service to distribute spam, malware or unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to circumvent platform limits, and you must not attempt to access the Service other than through its user interface.
8.4. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Section. If we terminate for your breach, no refund is due unless required by law.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third parties (hosting, platforms and their APIs, Upload-Post, Stripe) whose outages or changes may affect it.
10. Liability
10.1. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of platforms (rejection, removal or restriction of content, account suspensions, API changes), for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data.
10.2. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
10.3. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish through the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing . Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 7.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Zug, Switzerland, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that allow consumers to sue or be sued in their country of residence.
